The "Ge" reading indicates the game as the last part of a series - in this case, there is a first part called "Dark Hunter Jou Ijigen Gakuen". This is the second game of a two game series - it is also listed in various places as "Dark Hunter S.h.i.ta Youma No Mori", but I have been assured by a trustworthy source that "S.h.i.ta" is a misreading of the kanji. It looks primarily like a visual novel, with a little bit of "choose your own adventure" thrown in and minor other tasks which get presented to you in minigame format. A rarity: This is a Japanese game which is almost completely in English in good English, too! Try it out! If they don't, it's not a game breaker - outside of fights, the sound is fine, and the battle BGM isn't that totally awesome that you're missing out on something. My POPS only go up to 3.72, so I haven't been able to test any higher versions - maybe those fix the noise issue. Tested on 3.71 m33-4, seems to work fine, aside from a high-pitched noise that starts as soon as the first battle starts. MULTIDISC EBOOT! 3.71 m33-4 OR HIGHER REQUIRED! Maybe after one more year of kanji drilling. It looks like an awesome game and it's definitely one of the ones I can't wait to play. The in-game graphics are of course not quite as good, but they're at least final generation 16-bit, if not even a bit better since they have more detail. This is a gorgeous game - it seems to be fully voiced and has beautifully rendered anime-style characters.
